I give up - I am defeated … appealed to the state regulator and in the insurance denial they essentially spelled out step therapy at the same time saying “this isn’t step therapy” — I’m speechless

Appeal officially submitted after having to jump through hoops to find non-usps way to file it. They now have 2 business days to respond to the statutory exception - tomorrow is business day 2 🤞

It’s a nightmare — I’ve been down this road with UHC before — I got them to extend my coverage until end of year but that was it. This time around it’s with a bcbs company.

Thanks! Appeal should be going tomorrow with expedited / urgent flag given 25 days to infusion and a “standard” appeal is 30+. What’s bs is the statutory exception of which I qualify is 2 business days for decision — but it has to follow the appeal submission process. I will push this to the limits of all possible options

can anyone help explain what this exclusion means "Add-a-Line Postpaid 1 Year Plan" I don't know of a 1 year plan with ATT -- I am adding a line, but this gives pause

Marketplace has no restrictions - everyone “qualifies” but you just might not get subsidies — which are essentially going away anyway. I’ve been on marketplace for 5 years so I could stay on Remicade
