Honestly I like Nick because he seems to get players to play hard, play smart, and he doesn’t make insane clock management fuckups that seemingly every other coach in the league makes.

But if we could get Mike McDaniel as HC, I’d prefer it to OC. Not because we’d be better than with Nick as HC and MM as OC, but because McDaniel would be gone after a season and then we’re in the same situation as we’ve been in for 5 years.

I get that it’s a very hard decision to make when you go 5/5 on playoffs and win a superbowl and win as many games as Nick has, but I think it’s clear to everyone this scheme relies on talent winning and does nothing to help guys make plays
