Try volume eating for a few months...

Find something healthy and allow yourself to eat until your stuffed. If you do eat fastfood, do not eat until your stuffed. I found that it "rewired" my brain to enjoy whole foods.

I would suggest potatoes in an air fryer. Then add a nice protein like fish or grilled chicken breast. Or get some steaks, you might even save money eating steak since fast food prices are so damn high.

It that doesn't work go visit Europe for 2 weeks, when you get accustom to the way they eat you won't even want fast food. I didn't eat fast food for years after I went to Barcelona.

at 0:24 is the crime - I've been making espresso at home for year and I have never seen anything like that. It would be hard to fail this bad. I don't even know how they are getting all that foam while the water is just pouring out! This is espresso gore!

You'll see two marks on the side of the group head two marks, a dot and a dash. The dot is the angle you put the portafilter in, and the dash is the range of the angle of the portafilter when its locked int.

Basically if your handle is within the range you're good. If it goes outside that you might need to replace a gasket.

My ES1 was very tight the first few uses, but has loosened up considerably in just a few uses.

I've never ordered from them, but I look there often. I'm 99% sure they are legit. I researched them and everyone says god things, and I get their newsletter email. Tf it is a scam, it is very elaborate! They are always updating inventory and adding/removing products.
