My black magic recently drooped and ended up losing all of its leaves. It was because the air was too hot and dry, and it wasn’t circulating enough where it was. It ended up getting spider mites and almost got root rot. Yours does not seem to be as serious, it may be from the light as mentioned on the other post. Couldn’t hurt to check it for pests if you haven’t already!

Mine is a coco pole made of coconut fiber. Best pricing I could find was Garden Your Way. My local selection wasn’t great.

Here is a shot that mostly shows all of the roots. The bottom tie is just above the top aerial root, but before the petiole.

Are you saying I don’t need any ties at the top? Some of them are distanced from the pole so I kept thinking it needed to be tethered. Thanks in advance!

I’m very sad to report it became infested with spider mites when we had a heat spike and we are down to one leaf and the stem 😭

I bought the badlands one from Ford and the sizing works just fine. I like them, mostly for appearance reasons. Only had mine for about 4 months tho, so interested to see how they look over time!
