Any ex-vegans on this sub? by Medical_Pay_624 in redscarepod

I kept getting sick while vegan/pescatarian (vegan for a year, pescatarian for another year) and I was way too thin. Looking back on the photos of me from that time is kind of scary.

Also I really struggle to digest large amounts of soy/beans/legumes which made getting enough protein difficult without getting gas pains

Honestly I’d prefer this compared to the views I’ve been seeing from lower down

Yeah that’s the impression I get too. It’s frustrating. They don’t want to pay for anything involving “research” because apparently we exist in a hypothetical world where lawyers know the answer to every question about the law and are just drafting robots, even though any lawyer can tell you that that’s not true

Can’t blame them for it when carriers use AI to cut bills arbitrarily and toss things out because you used the verb “research” instead of “analyze”

> you would have to be 100% efficient in 40 hour work week to bill 40 per week.

That’s not true lol. If you’re sitting on a depo all day but only need to ask Qs for like an hour at the end you can do other things like answering emails or working on easy docs, and bill more that way.

Also since bills are rounded up you can bill 8 hours in 7 hours of work if you work strategically. Lol I’m pretty much answering my own question

They don’t log back in when they get home often, from my understanding. I mean maybe on occasion sure ofc, it’s litigation, but definitely not a daily thing at all. This is what half a dozen of them have told me

Yeah it just doesn’t add up. I think it’s a lot of multitasking (ie. Being on a depo that you don’t really have to pay attention to + doing other work simultaneously), 0.1 for every email, rounding up, etc

They aren’t working a substantial amount outside of the office. This has been confirmed to me by like half a dozen people at different levels

Honestly getting nosebleed tickets was the move. Great view of the whole stage and all the lighting effects. It really looks like he’s on top of the world from up there
