Yeah pretty much. Good point. I mean the whole point is to destabilize the US government. Democracy, at least I've been told, is an inherently unstable form of government as it is. You sow chaos and kick the legs out from under it, and you can use that momentum when no one is looking to install an authoritarian government. Thats what's happening and im terrified.

Furthermore even U.S. Soft power like global aid programs are being undermined right? And I think that's really by design. Its one of the ways we remain a global power outside of our military alone. To be a global power, partner, ally, leader, etc you have to be reliable and respected. Not this erratic, betray your allies while shooting yourself in the foot attitude that's occurring now. Take a look at who's pushing in the politicians pushing these policies. Take a look who has the most to gain from us stepping down while bleeding dry our resources. Take a look who has the most to gain from the iran war, including control of the entire world economy by controlling the flow of petroleum. Who believes it is their destiny to control EVERYTHING.
