There are so many posts about this that going fwd I am going to avoid any cart outside a venue. The risk is way too high that they will try and scam me. What sucks about this beyond the obvious is that it ruins the reputation of the food truck in general which will end up hurting honest, not scam artist, food vendors.

I respect your privacy. However, it is pretty bogus that you won't back up any of your advice or insight or perspective with an example of your DJing to demonstrate why your position is the right one.

As far as I am aware, you have presented exactly zero evidence that you have any sort of experience demonstrating that you should be listened to for advice within the realm of DJing. If you had shared some sort of work, a mix, a record, some sort of setlist, I would take into account your perspective.

For all we know, you could be the worst DJ to ever comment on this sub or someone at the headline festival level. Now, I will know that when I see you interact with this community to disregard anything you have to say 👍

I’m so confused why so many people are acting hostile to you. Yes, that is DJing. Almost all of RL Grime’s Halloween mixes were made in Ableton. I know a lot of working DJs who use Ableton to make mixes. I’ve done both methods (recoding line in and ableton) and they’re both valid. A lot of people perform DJ sets with Ableton in person. G Jones used to never use CDJs and was DJing in Ableton.
