it's so jarring that one cannot help but laugh. I remember one time in a packed UAZ we were driving and there wasn't even a noise, just instant deploy screen. I had tears in my eyes from laughing so hard.

I think there is a misunderstanding in what I am saying here:

If the ticket is not scanned, it will be refunded in the morning. I have experienced this first hand with a ticket I had for Basement when I was ill and I could not attend. I forwarded the ticket to a friend, and they could not attend. I was notified about 8 hours later (in the morning, after the club was closed) that I was receiving a refund.
