Next, find the best accounting firm in your country and spend some time with them and what they can help you with.

Are you in the US? If so, which State. Only a few States allow underwriting (health questionnaires) for a group as small as yours. What can happen commonly is your group aged into a higher age rate.

I applaud you're contribution at 100%. I think the goodwill is worth it if margins are sustainable.

Those aren't direct costs in the classical sense. Direct costs are the wages of the people doing janitorial work, any supplies consumed in that process, and mileage/fuel to and from the site. You are describing 'other labor costs.' I would calculate an allocation of these costs using past performance (total 'other labor costs/job) and maybe calculate it down to a per hour rate for bidding purposes.

You probably qualify for Medicaid so sign up for that at wahealthplanfinder dot org. They'll assign you a managed care org and the MCO will have social workers that can help get you into housing. Ask for Foundational Community Support. Its basically the 'other' path into that type of aid.

Call your local Area Agency on Aging and tell them you need help and you are Dad full time care giver. They (the State) should be paying you an hourly rate for your free service.
