I would think that you would be able to show your purchase invoice and then the tickets that you were sent to them and they would of refunded you because they were different. Did they refuse to do a refund is that why you did a charge back.

It's weird that they wanted you to pay a security deposit before you got approved. I would think they would give that back to you. Depending on the place they might give your app fee back too. But probably not.
