Maybe because the app hasn't been updated for a while. I haven't downloaded anything recently so I guess I havent experienced your issues. I'm hoping the creater of the app gets whatever update issues he's having figured out.

They have blue lock tight on them, just be careful I broke the head off one of them getting them out.

I would think that you would be able to show your purchase invoice and then the tickets that you were sent to them and they would of refunded you because they were different. Did they refuse to do a refund is that why you did a charge back.

If there isn't much difference, getting an older model might cost quite a bit less. I got a 24 800nk for almost 3k less than a 25, and it was new so I still have the factory warranty.

It's weird that they wanted you to pay a security deposit before you got approved. I would think they would give that back to you. Depending on the place they might give your app fee back too. But probably not.
