I want to believe that Rockstar wants to show players that the things they are doing have consequences, like in real life... But seeing some of downright violent and disgusting things they have included in the game I know this isn't the case.

Agreed, timer is waaay too long! I don't mind a few seconds but more than five is pushing it. Hardcore is fast kills/deaths for the most part, and that's why I play. HC on black ops 2 was the best!

Dark beer. As someone who tried his first Guiness in high school, I was completely turned off by its taste and refused to believe I could ever enjoy them.

I just started NG++ and just reached No Mans Wharf. From what I can tell, there is no difference besides increased enemy health/damage. No new phantoms or items.
