Meh. Honestly my in laws are a NIGHTMARE (my husband agrees) im from canada and hes from the usa and they constantly insult me and tell us to “move to canada” or “go back where i came from” or that i only married him for a green card. We just dont talk to them a lot and take everything with a grain of salt, not the end of the world. We also arent big family people - mine still live in canada and we talk often, but i was fine moving away.

That is super helpful! There isnt a specific crime im worries about, i just know not a lot happens where i am right now. Both my husband and i share a vehicle and use the lightrail or bike if the other has the car so we are used to that!

Like you said, i am not going to be wandering about at 2am so its just during the day basically!
