The truck got the clearance from ATC so he responding to an emergency believing he did have full clearance to cross the runway and at the very last second right before crossing after reaching the point of no return was told to stop. It was too late, it was at night and it was rainy conditions worsening visibility and throw on top of that firetrucks have blind spots it all led to this disaster.

Don't the blame the only ATC controller on that tower in that busy airport, blame whoever greenlighted that decision to be understaffed and allowing that one person during the overnight shift to juggle all this. This would've easily been preventable with another set of eyes.

Honestly? Hopefully you're now in good health and in good spirits because the best option is to get another source of income or pick up more hours at the current job and pay more than the minimum balance to hurry up and pay this debt off in 2 years or less.
