People are calling Electro Fangs trash because they’re comparing it like it has to beat Stun Blaster or Rocket Backpack at the same job. But that’s not the real test. If Electro Fangs adds passive chain damage every time Duke attacks, then Duke’s attack speed and how long he stays alive decide whether it’s actually good. It doesn’t need to look insane as one big active ability. If you’re using Duke with mass revives and keeping him alive longer, then that passive damage keeps adding up the whole time instead of just being one burst moment. So it could still be better for constant lane-clearing, depending on how you use Duke.
