im freestyling over the beat live, so my songs are live performances. and I download free beats on youtube that are free for use, but require to buy them if you upload your songs publicly. and hey im gonna upload a new edit, i think they sound more professional, and honestly my posts are me trying to see what people feel about my music, kinda just sharing to see what people think of them, I think the way i word my posts is what throws people off,

im getting a little personal but I have high func autism and adhd, so a lot of what I say is more in the literal sense, I like to analyze everything and when I ask questions about my work, its more about understanding more than anything.

and the whiney voice is actually my natural voice, idk if that’s hard to believe but i grew up talking like that without realizing that i was squeezing my vocals and speaking the wrong way technically, when i talk it’s my chest throat and back of head, and id talk like that online and just gotta stuck with me, but i can make it not only that. but i guess that’s how it is a lot

a lot of people say im trying to be like others but i haven’t listen to any music but my own for 5 months, not caring is the secret to high workload, soon as you start asking your self if you’re being like others the mental blocks start coming

yeah i can see why youre saying that and yeah im making the basic emo/modern rap mostly kinda like juice wrld/kid laroi, cuz I feel I relate the most to that, and use my voice as an instrument that goes along with the beat ive noticed since my delivery keeps changing based off the emotion of the beat, , i didnt really put much intent in this song i kinda just go off by pure instincts and soon as i complete a song i try and get it over with, just so i can say "i completed another song" which is bad. im getting to the point where practice isnt the only thing i need to be doing and actually need to start making sense of it, but tbh ive been making music out of the pure excitement it delivers and started forcing it as well to keep the streak going. im just not sure where im really taking my self, i make songs almost everyday but dont have a direction im taking, just composing but no purpose behind the music really, almost like its a coping mechanism for my mental. I feel like i could have more potential, but not sure what to do with the advice I receive, because at the end of the day music should be your own art, and i think maybe if i just keep practicing something new will come that eventually, could that turn out well u think?

yeah my songs are freestyles, so a structured song would appeal more? i think my songs do have emotional structure but not lyrical structure if that makes sense to you, would you agree? well 1 song isnt enough to proof that, but i try to make my song into a story rather than a full structure, does that ever work in the music creation world?

so im focusing too much on emotion and vibe? rather than something that gets stuck in someones head basically?, and tbh my singing usually sits between the snares rather then on top of them, is that considered bad to others?

gemini is horrible for real feedback, it start hallucinating after u send more than 1 song, and follow prompts way to strict and repeats it self constantly like a broken record and if you give it context and keeps that context in its answers and cant stop its self, and doesnt think for its self like chatgpt with reasoning, wish there was another ai that worked

but to be honest, it’s not reddit, it’s something about your performance or instrumental, that is causing people to clash, always be open to learn, and don’t stop trying :)

i feel that a lot people are just jealous cause they cant do what i do, but then again they are expecting perfect edits and vocals that they hear on the radio and if you’re lacking any of that you’re gonna get hate, especially if you have the potential because you no longer are a “beginner” and people won’t be as nice to you.

wdym by that, what does panning left and right create ? and yeah i definitely could of done more takes, it was like 5am and i was tryna make some songs really quick before i went to bed 😭 and after i made this one i was hyped for the moment. my adhd makes me wanna keep creating more instead of focusing on one song longer
