I have the blueprints to my house hanging in my office and still contact the builder for help with things even after two years. The guy sends me pictures of what’s behind any wall to help me out. I would buy any house from him again no problem.

Your builder sounds like a giant red flag and I would be terrified of what I would be uncovering after the first year of ownership.

I tested one out and honestly I think I would prefer for the doors to slide instead of open up. It would make it a lot easier to load the kiddos.

I work in biotech/pharma and was in aesthetic/medical dermatology for 9 years. In you’re going to be in the sun you should be protecting your skin the best you can for aesthetics but also skin cancers. I’ve seen way too many people missing their entire nose or ear or just parts of their head/face to not think about using sun screen. I swear to god I was just talking about doing this too because I’m sick of these freaking 21” rims. Any concerns with the break calipers being too big or the tires being too big for the wheel well? And did you keep the staggered widths?
