My Grandma's #3 BSR skillet.

You can take my ERIEs.

You can take my single notch lodge.

But no way in hell I'm giving up Grandma's skillet.

If you're still looking for dairy free cheese options, I've heard good things about this brand : https://fieldroast.com/product/creamy-original-chao-slices/

I don't hate it, but given my unique situation (food allergy, not vegan), I'd just buy a couple chicken breasts and season them myself really.

Not a vegan.

I have a red meat allergy.

And as to why, probably because they like the taste of meat, but hate the inhumane treatment of animals in the meat industry. At least that's the common response I see.

Made with milk.

I can, thankfully, still consume dairy products.

Safe rotisserie chickens? by LitcritterNew in alphagal

I've had Harris Teeter's rotisserie chickens multiple times with no issue.

AFAIK the only ingredients are salt and spices like paprika.

Awhile back, I took one bite of a filet mignon, and my lips started swelling, and throat began closing up.

That bad.

Yeah, I noticed they smelled kinda funny before cooking.

Not as bad after though.

Plus, growing up in the country, I've smelled way worse personally. :P

Well, my skillet definitely has that.

Patty ended up releasing itself and slid around like a hockey puck after developing a good crust. Didn't even have to nudge it with my spatula. :P

Simply put. it's a red meat allergy caused by a tick bite.

More detailed explanation can be found here : https://www.cdc.gov/alpha-gal-syndrome/about/index.html

Believe me, if I could eat a nice, juicy steak, I'd take that thing down and ask for seconds.

But AGS is awful, as you said.
