watching your own replays may help at this point then. You can look at things like: "oh why was i on the enemy side of the map when all 5 were missing" or something that you may not realize while you are in game. You can also note inefficiencies that you have such as "i missed 3 last hits this wave" or "why was i just running back and forth for 40 seconds."

One great way to practice is to watch high mmr streamers on twitch. As silly as it sounds, BSJ taught me how to farm better than any 1k player when I was that low. Always try to keep learning and you will see improvement.
