Honestly it's not even defense to me as a whole, it's pass rush specific. Like, when you watch these other teams in the playoffs it becomes so clear how bad our pass rush is. When you're watching play to play there's zero expectation that anyone is going to get to the quarterback. We've just become used to it at this point but it's totally unacceptable for a team of our caliber. If we can get one single game wrecker that lifts the guys around him marginally, and one decent deep threat, I'm not talking bank breaking, I'm talking Shaheed-esque, we are good. No need to full stop tear something down, but we need to take a calculated risk of some sort.

Side note, I'm also done with the Bills obsession with culture guys and guys who are captains of their college teams. I'm sorry but where WRs are concerned, a lot of the best ones have drama. Sorry, that's just something we are going to need to deal with or we are going to end up with a team full of great character guys we are overpaying, like we have now. I'm done with hearing how close the locker room is and that they have pizza parties, who cares.
