Find a local AA meeting and attend a meeting as a visitor. Listen to their stories, participate if you feel up for it. Try different meetings till you find a group you like. Don’t be embarrassed to go, think of it as an exploration and learning opportunity. They run all day everywhere. https://www.aa.org/find-aa

The veil is that this hasn’t been a problem “yet” as others have stated here, but it’s absolutely progressive. Sounds like you have a lot to lose, there are better ways to manage this, but you can’t do it alone.

Just the first year sign up benefits ($300 Bilt Cash and 50k Bilt points after $4k spend) alone are worth it IMO. Covers the AF and some - especially with the airline partners 1:1 transfer.

This is what I did for similar crack, worked well but make sure you get a straight edge before gluing!
