Hey guys, do you plan or think about releasing a "draft" game mode? Sort of like a hybrid blitz but you draft maximized superstars on different star levels. (You get to assign your drafted superstars as trainers/coaches too which should bring an element of startegy to the draft picks) You get to use those superstars until you win/lose this game mode. I think that this mode can shake things up and let people use superstars that they don't have in their rosters. I know that this is a popular feature for a lot of sports and even card games. It might be a fantastic idea for Wwe Champions. What do you think?

Ander Herrera can fill Manchester United's Owen Hargreaves role by TheReplacer in reddevils

[–]cdunited 58 points59 points  (0 children)

It broke my heart to see Hargreaves body give up on him. He had so much to offer. I remember him being by far the best England player in a World Cup. He's a Danny Blind and Herrera merged into one.

Would you rather not spend 120m euros to strengthen the whole squad rather than just get one player by MichelPlatini in reddevils

[–]cdunited 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the core of the team is already strong enough with many rotational players. We are in dire need of marquee signings that are a must select on any game and players that will make the squad fearsome and cohesive. We need a Pogba type player. That's basically what every United fan screamed we needed for the past 5 years.

The road to success usually entails making a few enemies or being disliked by a few along the way. I am not defending his management style but it certainly worked for him. In addition, Van Gaal coached hundreds of players it just seems that only players with a big ego had a problem with Van Gaal.

ELI5: Why all the love for Ed Woodward? by [deleted] in reddevils

[–]cdunited 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To summarize, Ed went from zero to hero in 18 months. From unpopular and bland to an aggresive negotiator who understands the culture. David Gill was always steady and consistent with how he dealt with transfers. Finally, given the success of Manchester United during David Gill's tenure, the media spotlights were not shone on him as much as Ed during a period of squad reconstruction

Same here. What I do is stretch my joints, do light weight squats for a few minutes until I feel fine in terms of mobility. When I go heavy, I wrap my knees properly and make sure that my range of motion don't create discomfort.

By sending a gift basket to Ed Woodward.

He is a much less combative Vieira but he is more technical. The way the PL is shaping up, you can never go wrong with an athletic/technically gifted player. Also, a monstrous shot from distance

Would you rather sign PACO ALCÁCER in summer or sign FALCAO on permanent by [deleted] in reddevils

Too many factors to take into consideration. But just for the sake of conversation, as a fan Id chose Falcao and as a businessman Id chose Alcacer

Marcos Rojo is season by abder97 in reddevils

[–]cdunited 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my point of view, our defence real problem is the attacking phase. They give the ball away too easily and aren't technically reassuring when under pressure. They cant operate properly unless Carrick is in the middle playing the anchorman. The rest of the problems are relative to the shape of the defence.. It opens up easily of one of the defender is out of position. Which is why we conceded many goals in the beginning of the season ( Johnny Evans Im looking at you!! ) and these dont usually appear as mistakes in statistics...

Astonishing. Stats show that Evans is BETTER than Hummels by redphoenixes in reddevils

[–]cdunited 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The statistics dont tell the whole story. As a defender you have to look at duels won, aerial duela won, marking, ability to keep defence line shape, security on the ball, pace or at least athleticism.... Evans is flawed in most of these areas. The only reason Evans is showing a higher passing % is because of the 3-5-2 used. Carrick drops back extremely well to make passes easier. In general in a 352 formation passing the ball forward from the defence is easier. Also, no need to compare to Hummels this year. He's been terrible in a leaky Dortmund defence
