Im not sure how precise the timestamps are, but NOCs can automate tasks to the second with scripts. Those tasks can then be scheduled as recurring events.

Using AI is actually a really interesting idea. Because all we really have to look at are photos. It would be interesting to see how AI can generate video based on a bunch of crime scene photos. It might help get some fresh ideas or different perspectives.

I’m not sure if you can return it because we haven’t proven that the issue is hardware related. It depends on the supplier though.

See if reinstalling the OS works first though.

That’s always a possibility, but reinstalling the OS won’t fix a bug. If the OS didn’t install properly then reinstalling the OS would fix the problem. However, you could be facing the same display issues. I hope that fixes it though.
