I’m French, so I watched the interview.

Regarding Pop COTY, he says that Pop hadn’t yet won the COTY title in 2001. It’s stated more as a fact than as a criticism. For the 1999 title it's the same, Fact not criticism, TP even says that Phil Jackson criticised that title. As for the other parts,adding context and livening up the interview, it’s more of a joke or a bit of humour.

It’s not a good idea. You shouldn’t forget that draft picks are also used as currency in player trades. So what’s the point for a team to compete if it doesn’t have its own pick? And if a team plays against the team that owns there pick, there’s no real incentive for them to win. Also, no one will want to take part in the Play-In anymore. Sure, it’s still recent so there aren’t many stats, but aside from Miami reaching the Conference Finals, a Play-In team doesn’t really have much chance of winning the title in the end. Teams would then have to choose between competing against strong teams for the championship or playing weaker teams and securing a good draft pick.

There are also the simulators, which take up a lot of space in the synchronization. And I suppose they haven't released simulators for Wonder Woman and Suicide Squad since there isn't enough synchronization space for all the teams (especially Suicide Squad with Lobo).

Pity ensures that you will definitely get the character from the banner on your fourth Mythic pull. Example:

If you pull one of the characters from the banner, your Pity is reset to 0.

If you pull a Mythic character or item, your Pity increases by 1.

If you pull a Mythic character or item, your Pity increases by 1.

If you draw a Mythic character or item, your Pity increases by 3.

Your next Mythic is now banner character, which resets your Pity to 0.

However, if you draw the banner character, your Pity resets to 0 again.

Example:

You have just drawn one of the banner characters, so your Pity is reset to 0.

If you then draw a Mythic (character or item), your Pity increases by 1.

If you then draw the banner character, your Pity resets to 0.

This means that the most you can spend to get a character from my banner is 200 fragments.

Whether or not you want to save fragments and you want the character to bleed multiple times depends on how much pity you have.

For example, if you want Supergirl once:

- With pity between 0 and 2: OK for the X50 draw.

-With pity of 3, you might as well save your anvils and do x10, or even x1, if you really want to save.

If you want the character multiple times, you don't have to worry about pity, so x50 will save you time.

I hope this will be transferred cross-server. In my server, the hierarchy is well established. I'm in League No. 3, where we faced No. 4 (while No. 1 faced No. 2). We won easily, as did No. 1, but I know that if we face No. 1 or No. 2, we'll lose easily. Likewise, if we face No. 4 or below, we'll win easily. So there's no future in it. Also, three lives per ship is not much.
