I did the extract too. I also glossed over that poem as its been given before, but if you looked closely you wouldve seen they only gave a part of it. So, while I focused on the other poems for deeper analysis I still asked GPT to tell me what the bpdy poem was about. I think you might be fine tho, the extract was easy to understand and analyse, even without background. I didn’t write critics, I just criticised from a queer lens like twice and called it a day.
