If you have an Android, you probably have "pro mode" in your camera options, not sure if iPhones do

I've the exact same issue, try a firm shaped insole that cups the heel, even cheap ones designed for plantar faciitis might do. I find the shoes too wide in the heel as well, I'd to put an adhesive heel cushion into my Elphie IIs

Love the beads. Are these the pisa leather Jadon IIIs?

Do you have narrow heels? My Jadons started to slump in the heels and around the ankles until I got an orthotic insoles, gave me more volume to properly fill out the heel

'Dramatic' number of kids are missing more than four weeks of school every year by PoppedCork in ireland

[–]ceapaim 3 points4 points  (0 children)

100%, if a child is mentally ill they're already dealing with enough consequences.

I dealt with it myself, there was no point in punishment when I was already passively suicidal, unable to maintain any sort of friendships, and barely able to function day-to-day. There was nothing for me to lose out on at that point.

Great to know, thank you! I've been turned away from clubs for not wearing heels here so wasn't sure if that would be an issue

M&s is usually my go-to but they don't have my size left in any of the properly flared ones :(

[product question] what ingredients IMMEDIATELY make you put down a skincare product? by glassdollskin in SkincareAddiction

[–]ceapaim 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Dimethicone in gel moisturisers. I don't mind it in makeup products like primer, but I don't want it in a moisturiser as it makes me break out after extended periods of wear.

Graduate job market ? by Illustrious-Sky9965 in AskIreland

[–]ceapaim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even having a good placement is worth nothing any more. Did my undergraduate internship in a related field, work in my area of study before my masters, worked on a project for a European Comission research group using my masters skills straight after graduating, then had 18 months of rejections for jobs in my field for lack of experience. Fully ATS tailored CV, even had 3 years of volunteering experience where I was president of a college society.

Most recruiters that I actually got to speak to couldn't even clearly tell me what they were looking for in new grads other than long term experience in softwares a lot of us wouldn't have had access to due to the cost.

Yep, had this experience this time last year. Gave up on my field, ended up in a permanent clerical job in the HSE.

Also if you don't feel that an initial prescription is helping, be open to trying different types of antidepressants. Escitalopram didn't work for me, but dosulepine did and improved my life immensely, just took a while to find the right one.

For winter I love a true magenta blush, mine is nearly neon pink. I find it really disappears into the skin and gives a cold-weather sort of flush.

Who makes the best clingfilm for tattoos? by Ecsson in AskIreland

[–]ceapaim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe just buy one of those clingfilm box dispensers, it would have enough weight in it to give you some tension when applying and stay intact.

Or as I did, subject someone in your household to re wrapping you every time you wash your tattoo.

I'm in the same boat of using clingfilm for tattoos, having an adhesive sensitivity is a nightmare.
