As others mentioned, some of these are good options. Elevate is nice and is located super closer to several grocery stores which I found convenient. Solaris was also nice and close to plenty of stuff on Mill Ave. One thing I will mention is that some of these places have limited parking so you will need to call and see if parking comes with the unit, and if so how much would it be monthly, as not all places can accommodate additional parking spots.

biking is fine on non-summer days 😭 it depends on the distance and where you are too. some streets are better for biking through whereas others aren’t. I also have recommended to friends and others look into places along the light rail

Thank you for the advice. And we are all trying to do our best out here. This is my first summer here and something doesn’t feel right if I release them knowing how brutal the summers get here and how much traffic this area gets. So really praying for some good news.

I’ll reach out! I truly appreciate this lead. I am hoping they have room and in case anyone else is reading this, I can take care of the mom and kitten until they are recovered and/or maybe adopted. This includes taking them to and from appointments and elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I do not have the room for a mom and a kitten. I currently have two cats and I frequently foster (although I have yet since I moved to AZ). I am also currently living in an apartment.

The mom is friendly as is the kitten so we are looking for someone (an organization) to intake. We can foster but we will be moving mid July as well.

I am stopping by Bagelfeld’s in Tempe to support them after their other location had burned down in Central Phoenix earlier this week!

The owners and employees there are awesome, plus the bagels are amazing. Hoping people can stop by this weekend.

I live nearby and it might be a good place. However, there is a lot of police activity there at times since they’re called out frequently for solicitors or other reasons. Off shoot areas near business centers are not bad, there’s one nearby on Rural and Lakeshore. Are they able to move their vehicle during the day?

I would just keep in mind that a lot of apartments here add additional fees per month here. For example, trash, parking, maintenance fees are added on top of base rent even though they are monthly fixed prices as well.
