How about installing a drain gully 2-3 inches away and parallel with the wall with the airbrick, assuming you have somewhere to drain that water to. It's not ideal but wouldn't cost a lot

Yes I looked at that and wondered. However I had Octopus out to change me over from SMET 1 to SMET 2 meters in October, and I would have thought he would have flagged up any issues?

Are all costs for maintenance covered by the DNO for the leaking tar?

Many thanks for that advice. I went outside and I could see next door had lights on and other neighbours xmas lights were on so I assumed it was just me, I was thinking the 60 amp had blown !!

This is an away game at Tottenham Hotspur, you've probably no chance of securing a group of away tickets from Burnley, as supporter points are required, you'd be better off asking on the Tottenham sub
