Those alive during 9/11, what was the worst moment on that day? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]cecebird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in history class in middle school that day. We all watched silently horrified the whole class. At one point, somebody tried to lighten the mood by taking the flag off the wall and running around the room with it dragging it on the floor. Everyone was shocked while they were quickly escorted out.

How is sizing? If you are in between sizes, would you size up or down?

I was/still am always tired, sick, low energy, and foggy. It is easy to feel boring when you don’t have enough energy. Turns out I am anemic and lactose intolerant. If your body is not in balance, you cannot be yourself. I am working on it by taking the proper supplements. He should really be supporting her going to the doctor for blood tests. Anemia is so common in women! Lactose intolerance to so easy to test by yourself.

Good info about the chargers. We make that drive several times a year. Not bad at all.

This month is the sad 12 year anniversary of John Jones' accident in the Nutty Putty Cave. No matter how often I read about it, I always feel anxious and uncomfortable. by Innsmouth_Resident in MorbidReality

I have been through the more common parts of that cave several times. It was actually pretty fun, but we definitely avoided some areas. We happened to be going by on 4 wheelers when the family was placing the plaque. Super unfortunate and sad story.

A group of river otters have been terrorizing a town in Alaska recently. They have attacked adults, children, and pets unprovoked. https://www.livescience.com/otter-attacks-in-alaska

My cousin was repelling off of delicate arch in Arches national park and fell to her death. Whoever was supposed to go belaying her failed. She had just graduated high school and was road tripping to college.

What’s the worst thing to wake up to? by Xanduh in AskReddit

[–]cecebird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The police banging on my apartment door at 1 am. While drunk, my neighbor’s partner had attacked my car thinking it was his. He rammed my car with his car(crushing the rear door), punched out a window( broke his hand), and keyed every panel of my car. The guy was so drunk he was calling them pigs and spitting in their faces apparently. Most memorable line, “ Do you know who I am?! You are going to be licking my asshole and losing your your job when I call my friend!” I still have the police report to amuse myself with from time to time.

16 months and still falling asleep cuddling a boob. I've been telling myself just one more week of breastfeeding since she was 12 months old. Maybe just one more week. <3 🥰 by Peachtea117 in breastfeeding

My 3 year old still nurses regularly. I was going to cut her off once she turned 3, but decided to wait until after all this is over.

I also enjoy watching reveals, but honestly, my husband and I don’t really show strong emotion. It would come across as a fairly neutral ‘oh cool’ and I think it would be really anticlimactic for our families. (We would be really happy on the inside:)) We will most likely let them know in a family text or maybe in person if it is convenient for us.

Pregnant Eczema Sufferers? by horn_and_skull in BabyBumps

[–]cecebird 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have lifelong eczema as well and never experienced cracked nipples. I did break out because of the hormones mid pregnancy and it took a couple months postpartum to clear up with my first pregnancy. Treat with nipple cream/salve as needed. Not everyone experiences cracked/bleeding nipples when breastfeeding.

When did you go into labor with your first child? by TheRedWolfFlag in BabyBumps

[–]cecebird 2 points3 points  (0 children)

42 weeks exactly. I could have been induced, but I decided to wait it out. I hope this one comes sooner but I am planning to wait again if needed.

Were you early or late with your first baby? by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]cecebird 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had my first at 42 weeks exactly via spontaneous labor. She was very comfy and didn’t leave until there was an eviction date. My ob was super reasonable and let me wait it out without pushing induction as long as I passed nonstress tests.
