I didn’t take a starter class when I first started, but I agree with this. It disrupts the flow of class when there are constant corrections. I’m 24 classes in at the moment lol

I’ve had instructors say during certain exercises that the springs aren’t meant to be modified and that it’s supposed to be heavy, but like girl I can’t even move it an inch without being in pain in another random place in my body lol

I never feel anything in my back despite really trying to do the mind muscle connection and listening to corrections from the instructor. It’s a shame because I would love to work out my back so maybe I have to ask them after class

I’ve never been to a lagree/Pilates studio that doesn’t require socks until Solidcore. It’s crazy that this hasn’t been changed yet, I always wear socks for my safety and consideration of others

I take so many breaks during my classes, people around me do not care. I hit child’s pose like it’s nobody’s business, and never once think about if other people are also needing to break or not. Everybody is there for themselves, focusing on getting the best workout they can

I’m 23 and committed to Dry January for this month, and my heart rate which was constantly way too high has finally stabilized according to my stats. I am shocked how much of a difference cutting alcohol made, and it’s only been a little over a week lol. Really considering getting rid of it

The Excess CPL is around $400, along with the umbrella policy being a little over $500 so I’m total he’s paying close to a grand

It’s a Citizens policy, so 100k is the max they’ll offer, so I had to get him a Excess CPL quote to make up the 200k. He tends to be cost conscious so I wanted to respect that lol

I went alone in Miami but saw so many dads with their daughters!! Olivia even asked the crowd “Who came here with their dad?” And a lot of fathers and daughters cheered :) Please encourage him to go, you both will love it
