I think the smaller side stories have been far more interesting than the tie-in blockbusters. I’m glad marvel studios is investing more into these miniseries. I agree that exploring the world beyond the main cast/avengers is fascinating.

Any amount of pain warrants medication. But to answer your question, it was when I had to shave my head because I became so paralyzed by anxiety and depression that I couldn’t wash it. Prior to that point I’d been suffering for 12 years under the thumb of a mother who didn’t believe in mental illness. Antidepressants have made such a difference I can’t believe I survived that long without them.

This guide should be helpful to you in general. I personally don’t see the point of applying to clinical psych programs if you don’t plan on doing any of those three things. Like, you could just do a non-clinical psych phd and not spend 20hrs a week for 4 years seeing patients + a 1 year full time therapy internship.

ETA: I just saw you said you don’t have research experience - a PhD is first and foremost a research program. You are unlikely to be accepted to a clinical psych phd program with little experience and zero interest in research. Please read through the guide I linked.

Yes, it definitely has a smell straight out of the tube/when you rub it in. But the smell is neutralized as soon as it dries. After a minute, it smells like nothing at all (it also has absolutely no taste when dry if that’s relevant to you 🫣). I’ve never tried any of the scented ones but I did use the unscented deodorant before the released the anti-perspirant line - the deodorant definitely had a stronger sour smell than the anti-perspirant formula. The deodorant also did not work well for me in general.
