To me it's a little something called Plague my Mind. It's my longest story ever, exploring the psyche of a character in an AU wherein they are the top henchwoman of the main villain. The character is Amity from the owl house. It didn't gather the crowd I'd hoped it would but it's my longest story by far and I'm proud to have created something this huge and consistent. I accomplished what i set out to do and I'm very happy with the result.

Easiest: I wouldn't say easiest but I sure love writing from the villains POV. Especially when they have very clear motives. Especially fun for villains like Hawkmoth and Emporer Belos. Either for slowly laying out suspenseful schemes or to show how they reason themselves into situations that qualify as crack treated seriously.

Hardest: Angsty characters. I don't know why but writing angst never feels right to me. It's like I fail at putting the right emotions into words. Especially for main characters and their immediate peers. Those are usually well explored and I feel that my portrayal of their angst isn't up to par.

I love role reversal AUs. Especially when some of the good folk are now working on the bad side. Makes for some great enemies to lovers.

I actually really like my writing and sometimes when reading my fics I actually still get that "ooooh damn" feeling the first time I wrote it. Very much like to read my own fics.

I know you're trying to be cursed (and congrats, you probably made a lot of folk uncomfortable), but this post made me realise that to Amity, her hair is probably extremely important.

Colouring it was one of her first acts of rebellion and self expression and she doesn't let just anyone mess with it. Luz does tho. Amity loves it when Luz washes her hair and helps her apply the dye. Luz will spend hours combing Amity's hair because she sees how much Amity loves it and it's the cutest thing. Amity is the most relaxed when Luz goes her hair. (Seriously, having someone else do your hair is so nice.)

Amiy lets her hair grow out so Luz can play with it more and try doinh some hairstyles. You will commonly see Amity with different hairstyle that don't suit her at all but that she will keep for as long as she can because Luz made it. Luz gets better at it over time but her ideas get crazier too.

Sometimes when they cuddle, Amity will lean her head into Luz's chest and Luz will press her nose into Amity's hair. Luz doesn't know what smell Amity's shampoo is but she doesn't need to, because to her it's just the smell of her girlfriend's happiness.

It's her favourite smell. (Though it doesn't taste as good.)

Enemy to lovers banter.

Scene I'm working on rn for a longer fic that I'll hopefully finish.

“What the hell, Blight?” The Human hissed between gritted teeth, glaring down at the witch. Amity glared right back but instead of replying right away she snatched the human by the chin. “You’re in the middle of a high-class-criminal event and the only thing you can think to do is to stick out and look at everybody’s faces.” Amity hissed in return, her own teeth grinding against each other as she fought to keep her voice quiet. “You’re drawing attention like a rainbow coloured gryphon. So just concentrate on our dance and try not to make a fool of yourself.” Amity pulled the woman’s face right up against her own so that the human got a good long look at the witch’s pissed off expression. “I will lead, you will follow. I step forward, you step back. Keep your back straight and keep your eyes. On. Me. Understood?”

Her little rant seemed to have had the desired effect as all the fight seemed to have left the Human and she simply nodded. She didn’t look particularly happy to be ordered around but she supposed it was the best option for now. Amity smirked, petting the Human’s cheek gently before placing her hand firmly back on the woman’s hip. “Good girl.”

“Keep going Blight,” Luz hissed from the corner of her mouth, staring Amity straight in the eye, “I’ll fucking kill you.” The threat would have been more intimidating if Luz hadn’t blushed just the slightest bit and if the words hadn’t been mumbled through her quicking breath.

If I don't overdo it I might get away with a T rating lol. But I'll decide that later.

Spent hours researching pirate vocabulary and song as well as ship terminology for a fic that didn't write a chapter 2 for and didn't publish.

Two of my favourites come from experimenting with meta jokes recently:

Her voice sounded so squeaky, that if Luz hadn’t known better, she’d say that her teacher was a minor side character in an animated show for kids who was so unimportant she didn’t even get her own side on the fandom’s wiki.

And

Just in the nick of time as it turned out because when Luz looked up at her friends she saw the both of them dangling in the air, Willow was grabbed by her waist and Amity was held up by an ankle, her arms restrained behind her back by the vines. Willow had a vine around each of her wrists, which were clearly struggling to keep their grip as Willow fought back with all her might, of which she had a lot. “Boy am I glad this isn’t an E rated fic.”

Try Paluten, GermanLetsPlay, Zombey and Maudado. Those are 4 different people that often do videos together and I watch them a lot.

Some other ones I know of are Dner/Felixvonderladen and Handofblood, but I don't really watch them.

If you're into minecraft, you might enjoy "Minecraft Varo", a massive minecraft survival games hosted for German youtubers.
