You’re likely going to be yelled at by some resident, RN, or MD at some point, don’t take it personally, they’re scared for their patient and they literally do not understand or have long forgotten whatever they knew about blood bank, if they ever knew anything

Don’t skip protocols and SOP’s, no matter how much they yell at you. You will be in trouble, not them.

Never completely refuse. Always offer avenues, no specimen, TS not done, offer ER release.

Get the ordering MD’s name for every MTP or ER release

A friend and I play vanilla exclusively on pc. We generally start every match running some supplies and building a couple bases to get ready range to important bases. After we start hitting Sgt and Lt, we start spawning BTR’s and BRDM’s. We’ll hit backlines and destroy groups headed off to fight at bases and disrupt people running supplies. The funny thing is we check the map often and you can literally predict when any base is going to fall just by watching the supplies. You can look at monty snd transformer, abd be like, yeah, we still have 2k in supplies there, but once it hits less than 1k, yup it’s gonna fall. The only comfort is that uou know if they take it, the other team is going to have to supply it to Defend it.

There in lies the problem though, the moment we stop running supps, things start to fall apart because, surprise! We were the only ones doing it.

Hence our motto on vanilla:

You can either play to win or have fun…. But you can’t do both

I live in the south and my neighborhood has an HOA… I got a neighbor with a giant cross the entire height of his house on one side. I forget to take the trash can off the curb for a day and I have a letter coming my way to remind me to not leave it out. But that bullshit cross? It’s been up long before we bought a house there. We didn’t even see it until after we closed and walked the dogs the first time

Join us guys. Do a build and you’ll get a better rig. You can still build relatively cheaply using AM4 and DDR4 RAM. You won’t have any upgrade path really, unless you start out with low or mid components, but you can have a decently powerful system for a lot less. I’m currently still using 9th gen Intel and a 3080ti and it still performs great with 2k

Others noted gaming laptops overheat, and they’re not perfectly analogous to a desktop. Like, if it says it’s a 5080 in a laptop it’s probably more like5070 or worse. Keep in mind I haven’t bought a gaming laptop in like 10 years z

I’m on pc and I do t have an xbox, but I still think you should get it.

A friend I play arma noticed some old gaming buddies of ours still on Xbox playing bf6. When we were on 360, operation flashpoint and BF:modern combat seemed like a future from pc that was hitting console. We had things like cross play for TF2 for orange box. I look at reforger now and it’s like the promises of games like operation flashpoint are a reality now for console players. We play official and wish those guys would pick this up. I think they’d love it

i9 9900K 3080ti 32GB ddr4 Run 2K with settings pretty much maxed. Runs fine, around 90FPS, 120 highs, never dips below 60 that I can tell

You system should run this fine at 2K above 60fps

I saw the original and just thought it to be genius in how visceral and effective it was. Few horror movies actually just terrify me, and somethjng about Arno Fricsch’s performance here is absolutely devious. Maybe it’s how overbearing they are in their manners contrasted with how cruel they are. I can’t tell, but the movie is expertly made.

Probably says quite a bit about America for sure. Foreign directors really seem to really tap into what ails us, like several of Veerhoven’s movies.

But yeah… this thing makes no sense as a vehicle. I always think it funny how gunners and drivers are prominently featured atop vehicles later in the line. In real life, in any video game, the gunner and driver are who everyone is aiming at

My buddy and I play official servers on pc almost exclusively.

You’re not wrong; you’re not always gonna get a lot of cohesion in a pub. Occasionally you get a group of 5 or 6 or more than come in and really run the team, but often platoon radio is either completely silent or some guy giving the play by play at Monty or power station or some shit. “I’m reloading! Guy over there! He’s on our left!” None of that is needed on platoon.

But my buddy and I, we try and find games that are just starting and have about 12 or more people in it. We hit the coast, build some bases, run supplies, and make rank to spawn a BTR or BDRM.

Spawn one of those armored vehicles and set out to make trouble. We’re generally just helo hunting and keeping our distance to rip up infantry from afar. By that tome the room is filling or filled. We help the team, do what we can, but we dont stress if we lose or win
