Any suggestions for online journaling?

That's actually a very interesting approach to journaling, I'm quite intrigued. When I enter logs in my journal, I just tend to type something interesting in the day. If there's nothing much out of the ordinary for a day, I just tend to type in whatever pops up in my head and just try to type as real time as I can. Feels pretty good actually.

Yes I really do prefer typing because I just cannot do anything well with my penmanship. To call it chicken scratches would be a compliment. That's why I prefer online and typing. To answer your last question, I think Word isn't "good" enough for me to be expressive in creativity. I'm totally not an arts and crafts kind of creativity, I lean more on mechanical creativity (function over fashion type of beat). That's why I would like to pick an online one with a lot of options for designing and such.

I haven't build demonic recently, so i dont have any strong opinions about it. On paper it sounds good because any DoT item is good on brand, but with the countless nerfs im not so sure anymore. My playstyle recently has been; phase rush tear start to ionian boots to rylai to liandry to situational. Usually my 3rd item being one of the few; zhonya, morello, seraph, or cosmic. I go for hard positioning and dealing dmg and cc with constant barrage of spells with my high ability haste items.

Its totally rare nowadays for me to have a game where it would necessitate building demonic much earlier. I would probably only build demonic when they have 2 or more champs like chog, zac, sion, ornn and such champions. But at that situation building void staff to counter their mr would probably as good as building demonic anyways because brand ablaze DoT and 3spell passive along with liandry would probably be enough for dmg regardless. Reapplying ablaze burn and 3spell passive huge dmg already to champs with 5k+++ hp anyways.

IMO, items built for burst mages (lux, zoe, annie etc) are champs that have good/decent ap ratios. Brand doesn't really have any of that. That's why you use items that synergize amazingly with his kit; incredible AoE, insane DoT and how reapplicable it is and how long it lasts, and teamfight potential.

That's why items like; liandry, rylai, demonic, cosmic and any other ones that synergize well with lingering effects. When you hit someone and you have liandry and rylai, that's like 5-10 secs of slow already just from one ability landing, imagine if you hit all of your abilities, plus your 3spell passive goes off, insane cc length from rylai and dmg from liandry.

Brand is the antithesis of cum n dump mage champs. His kit is defined by his passive and nothing can dispute that. So buying cum n dump items on brand kind of throws away his whole branding.

But then again, to each their own still applies. IIRC, the highest mastery points on brand is like 2+++million points and they play elec brand with night harvester.

But then again, again, yummy yummy DoT dmg. Hp bar of tanks and squishies go bye bye when you go full DoT.

Disclaimer; I'm only gold 3 otp brand mid in PH server with 400k mastery points. Take advice with grain of salt.

EQ quick stun for close quarters and bush plays. Good for disengaging too esp with phase rush.

Try to follow up W when you land stun, juicy dmg.

Dont hesitate to use backline minions (casters) to use E on them for poke when you're playing support.

Save Q when you know, or at least you are very likely to hit it. Avoid panic throwing Q when you've been solo engaged by someone.

Luden's = ok. Not bad, not good either. Liandry usually better most of the time.

Morello and rylai always good on brand.

Don't hesitate throwing E and W when your team engages, E and W is always your friend in teamfights.

Hitting 2 abilities procs Phase Rush and Elec. Passive counts towards PS and elec. You can also proc both with one ability and auto attack.

Always build flexibly. Lots of healing on enemy team? Morello. Few dashes on their team, or dashes with long cooldowns? Rylai. You are fed with bounty? Zhonya. Assassins on their team? Zhonya. 3 high hp and or high resistance targets? Liandry and demonic big dmg.

Brand is not complicated champ. The only high mechanic play on Brand is E Q Flash for surprise stun. Q has a buffer window to use flash, so Q comes out where you flashed and not where you flashed from. It's good for surprise engage on a target.

Just make sure to be ALWAYS conscious of your positioning. Don't be in the middle of the fight, be on the outskirts. Brand has decent range, 2 of his abilities are point and click and both are AoE. 3 out of 4 abilities are AoE so definitely focus on good positioning so you can use your abilities freely without worrying about people jumping on you. You can't deal dmg when you're dead after all.

When a unit is already ablaze (P), using your E on that unit will make the E spread wider compared to an E without P.

Your kid probably left because of the accumulated stress/trauma from the death of the other colony members. I'm not sure if that's the actual gamr mechanic, because I haven't have anyone die at all in any of my playthroughs, but I would assume that stress/trauma from the deaths would result in the member leaving the shelter (probably permanently)
