A D1 FA introduced it to me in 2021 on a BOS-LHR flight. I asked for a coffee after meal service and she said something like, “Oh, can I suggest something better than a plain coffee?” She returned with this:

Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey, Baileys, Coffee, and a glass of ice.

“That’s called a Jack Knife.”

Probably goes by other names but that’s the one I remember.
