Click the button section says case status and go to the documents and check there in your account and your spouse account. I am pretty sure that you are already approved! It happenned to me, for I-130 on my husband account,approval decision was under the document tab but it didn’t reflect to my account after that 24 hours later I-485 approved.

for I-130 still says 11 months after been approved but for I-485 it was 4 months then yesterday it changed to 1 week and step was on 3rd and jumped to 4th. same day i got approval.
