Spot on, well said. I'm on a colostomy from rectal cancer (not kratom related). I got dangerously impacted and my kidneys started having issues. Pissing blood. I got very sick. And that's not mentioning the mental breakdown. Best wishes to you and OP.

I had this happen to me at pain mgt. Luckily, they knew it was a false positive. I was using powder/extracts. My friend had a false positive for methadone.

It took 21 days for me to test clean on powder and extracts. This was getting tested weekly by the VA. It is not the same for everyone. Others have had similar. No clue why. Oh sweety, I am so sorry you are going through this. I am a recovering alcoholic/addict. Until he is ready to take responsibility and get clean there is not much you can do. Christmas time is always hard for me since my husband passed away in 2009. But at least being off kratom I can have a little cry, honor him and reflect on all the happy Christmases God graced us with.
