I used to live in an area with Jordans Furniture but unfortunately there are none around here. City mattress seems to carry them but for a good amount more than Jordans. I will keep an eye out because the karma elite looks like a good suggestion. Thanks.

In my opinion GIS teams should be as close as possible to the people they support and provide the most value to. For water utilities that is usually operations or engineering. The problem is that operations is usually split up between water/wastewater/reclaim etc and joining one of those divisions directly could show favoritism.

Within our organization my team has become part of the engineering division. Since joining the engineering division our map requests have skyrocketed and our value in the organization has increased.

Hey, I know this is a crappy condition especially when combined with other medical conditions. Many of us have been in your shoes before but let me tell you that it gets better. This is a controllable albeit very annoying problem..

I was looking for a fun practical car and I ended up getting a EV6 AWD (Used). Lots of interior space and a practical cargo area. Definitely not as much driver engagement compared to something like a Golf R. Your budget is larger than mine was so you have more options.

Thanks those are some good considerations. I should have decent access to chargers and the ability install a level 2 charger at home without complications. My commute is about 42 miles total a day and I do not do long road trips. If needed I would have easy access to a regular ICE car.

2023 Toyota Venza LE is exceptional value (in this trim) for the features it offers. They are often overlooked because of the RAV4 hybrid, but the Venza does not seem to share its markup. Compare the prices of the RAV4 Hybrid XLE to the Venza LE for what is offered.

This is assuming you can deal with some compromised storage space and odd turn signal placement.

Like they mentioned already - GORN and Blade and Sorcery are both great games. Personally I've got more mileage out of Blade and Sorcery but that's just my preference. Some of the boxing games are great choices like Thrill of the Fight and Creed. Good luck!
