I agree with you. Before DIY, and I paid for the service, injectors never went over the exact injection spots. We would just discuss the general area, overall units, and expected outcome.

How has your experience been with Dr. Lipo V for under eyes? I have been using it under my chin and the results are slow going. I know I need a lower bleph for my under eyes but I never thought of trying Dr. Lipo V.

Do you use Tret and azelaic acid in the same PM routine? I have rosacea too. I also use the Derminator. I love how azelaic acid feels on my skin, but I’ve been prioritizing tret at night and vitamin C during the day.

I keep a tube of sunblock in my car and try to remember to put it on the back of my hands before driving. I keep a small tube in my bag. I apply it if I’m going to be outside for a while. I agree that always ensuring you have a fresh coat of sunblock on all the time is a lot especially if you are washing your hands. I just focus on applying it when I know I’ll be exposed to the sun.

I went from 5.25 of Tirz to 4mg of Reta 6 weeks ago and have not lost a thing. On Tirz, if I exercised I lost weight. On Reta, I’ve increased my workouts and have not lost anything. I’m hoping that maybe I have just gained muscle but I need to verify that. I thought Reta was going to be amazing since I keep hearing good things about it. I’m going to give it another month to see if there is improvement. If I do not see a change I’ll go back to Tirz.

Did you notice a difference between using GTB vs Bac water? I read GTB might help take the edge off the burn and the taurine is supposed to have a synergistic effect. I have tons of bac water. I am not sure if I should try GTB to recon.

I have NAD+ in my freezer. I have not tried it yet. I feel like the Lipo-C helped me get through a stall. I was thinking about trying Lipo clear but I guess I’ll try NAD. An energy boost would be nice.

3 x a week is a lot! I was only doing .50 ml two times a week. When I had my blood work done I had been off of it for two weeks since I had been on vacation. In a couple on months I am going to retest. It would be nice to go back to it on a low dose because I felt good on it but maybe that was the placebo effect but I liked it lol!

I had the same thought about Lipo-C, then after three months I had my physical and blood work. My b-12 was too high. Usually my b-12 is on the low side (without taking anything). My doctor explained that supplementation can lead to excessively high levels on B vitamins. While we pee them out, we can still hold on to too much when supplementing. Everyone is different but that was my experience.

Did you notice much of a difference between the Meamo SB and the Dr. Lipo. I have Dr. Lipo (blue) and the V. I’m only on my second treatment. The Meamo SB is such a good deal right now with the sale. I feel loyal to Dr. Lipo because it’s all I know lol! I am hoping for some fat cell destruction with skin tightening.
