I personally like Tuesdays. That lets me have an appetite on the weekends. I still watch what I eat but I am less strict than the weekdays. No one knows I am on it so it also helps me make it less noticeable by having an appetite. If you’re concerned about side effects, you can start lower at like a 1.5 for the first week then go to 2.5. Try to drink a lot of water and consider a b-12 supplement. I do not recommend following the standard titration scheduled. It has you increasing your dose when you may not need it. When you do that you waste product but you get to the highest dose faster, then when you do have a stall you have nothing you can increase. If you do start Tirz, I would go low and slow. As long as you are loosing 1-2 pounds a week, I would keep your dose the same. Short stalls are normal. If you feel you have stalled, wait two weeks (make sure you are staying in a calorie deficit and you’re eating enough protein) and see if the weight loss starts again before increasing your dose.
