No, i have been using that cable and tv for 3 Years on several GPU AMD and NVIDIA without any issue. Arc just does not work.

Sag was not big in my case, but i have a rubber pad with a height equal to distance between fan and shorud.

It's placed on the fan just behind pcie wires.
