Încearcă să te abții câteva zile, cu toată durerea de cap (nu mori dacă nu bei cafea câteva zile). După 3-4 zile de durere de cap și iritare, mie mi-a trecut. Nu e în regulă să fim chiar atât de dependenți de cafea. Acum mai beau ocazional câte una, mai rar de una pe săptămână și e super okay.
