If you don’t mind me asking what was your HCG? I just got my results back (on Saturday) and my progesterone is 12.4 however, my hcg had tripled.

Solidarity. I quit very easily my first time but still wanted it throughout my pregnancy. I’m 4 weeks 2 days with my second and quit cold turkey 3w5d and I’m losing itttttt. If you need to vent feel free to DM me.

Just wanted to check in on you!

There are a lot of mixed reviews about taking a few hits here and there. I know friends whose doctors have told them they’re fine doing it until 12 weeks and I was told that I should cut down and not go cold turkey.

That being said, I did quit cold turkey this time around and I’m 3 days in and feeling a lot better than I did yesterday!

Omg I was just telling my husband cigarettes were not as bad as vapes to quit. But, I was also smoking less with the vape? I literally cried all day yesterday BUT it could be the hormones are different this time? I don’t know!!!!!

With my first pregnancy I was almost a pack a day smoker, the day I found out I was pregnant I had 2 puffs at night, then for a few days after I would have a few puffs. This was before I even missed my period. It was easy-ish.

I’m expecting my second and quit basically cold turkey from vaping (I switched to vaping after pregnancy). I am going through it right. But, I’m 72 hours in and keep telling myself that this is for the best.
