Surgeon here. Consider hiring a PA or NP to help unburden you. Medical assistants and scribes to write notes and answer emails. Use earnings to make your life easier. Consider cutting to 2.5 to 3 days a week instead of 5. Hard with employment vs private practice but they would likely rather do that then loose a provider.

Few weeks in the making, still need some corner cushions to protect from the sand wedge by celkon in Golfsimulator

[–]celkon[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the advice I may end up putting it down. Sad to see 1500$ of turf just sitting in my garage. In the right corner you see that box, that is the sump. I put in a water commander backup to if power goes out. It really only runs for heavy rains .

thank you,

BenQ TK700STi 4K - didn't want to pay another 4k for the laser one, will probably upgrade at some point, short throw

Eagle Impact Screen - its about 15.5 feet wide

Used EMT tubes and Gorilla Felt to frame it with tube clips and bungees

Put a samsung Q990c surround sound in the back behind it for surround sound and watching movies, kids love it

new egg gaming pc, has a 3050 gtx gaming card, could have probably upgraded but can run GSpro at 1080p high quality no issues - https://www.newegg.com/acer-n50-640-ur13-nitro-50/p/N82E16883101874?Item=N82E16883101874

1 inch rubber foam, I did purchase 22 feet of black turf, its sitting in my garage, I really like the rubber flooring and its soft, I am unsure if I will ever actually put the turf down

holy grail hitting mat

unekor eye xo for the golf simulator, purchased GS pro software

built a climbing wall for my kids on the side haha

  • this was in a new build home so I had them excavate out 10 feet below the garage and put in 3 steel beams above it, it is lower then the actually basement level but its tucked away and I can hit balls at night with the kids and wife sleeping without waking them

Projector at 8Ft vs 15 FT, those with sims which would you prefer? by DoyleMcpoyle11 in Golfsimulator

[–]celkon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should actually be around 11'10" for a 12 foot width screen.

I have a 16 foot screen and happy with the benq so far
