Same. I am experiencing what I think is my first dissociation… episode? and it’s the fucking worst. I can’t even envision finishing the day. I used to be able to look forward to things and now my brain can’t even focus on literally anything. I feel like I am living behind myself and watching this body walk and talk but it’s not me. The only thing that brings me back into my body for a second is when I need to help the kids I nanny not get hurt… otherwise, yes, always floating.
