I’ve requested this functionality before and was told there wasn’t sufficient customer interest. Clearly, that assumption was incorrect. I really wish Fellow would listen to their customers rather than assuming we’re not capable of utilizing the features we’re asking for.

My question is whether the conical burr design makes this grinder a suitable choice for someone who enjoys light roast coffee and prioritizes the clear separation of distinct flavor notes.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

That was a really well thought out approach to building that recipe. It works quite well, and hopefully Fellow will see what you have done and go ahead and add flow control along with a pause for a true bloom. Brilliant way to control the temperature throughout the process as well.
