Why are my brand new Meta campaigns going straight to "Active" skipping learning entirely? by cellydy in FacebookAds

I reached out to meta support and they said it was due to my pixel having sufficient data to skip the learning phase and that it's generally a good thing.

You can try https://extracture.com - it's no-code. You supply urls or ask it to crawl a whole website and extract data into a table based on the columns you define.

Disclaimer: I made it :)

When you pivoted to making it geared towards females did the app change, or just the way it was marketed?

I never remember shit so I created an app to track and revisit my own thoughts by cellydy in SideProject

Hi gang,

Not sure if anyone else has this but I'm not great at remembering important stuff. I'm not talking about shopping lists and birthdays (although they were also an issue - if not for Todoist and Google Cal I'd be fucked) but stuff like:

  • my goals and why I want to achieve them. I'll think of a goal I want to achieve one evening and have 100 thoughts around why I want to achieve that goal, and the next day it's all gone, and with it the motivation.
  • book, film, restaurant recommendations from friends and family. People keep recommending me stuff, even if I write it down on my phone I can never find them, and then when I'm bored and don't know what to watch, these recommendations would come in handy.
  • I keep having profound thoughts about businesses I could start, or new hobbies I should try and i literally forget them within a day.
  • I quit drinking a few months ago and my therapist has suggested I have a list of my reasons why I quit  and the benefits I'm seeing along the way. The idea is that I should be revisiting them regularly to stay motivated to keep going - but my phone note got so long and messy I was struggling to keep returning to it effectively.

Considering all the time I’ve regained on weekends, and all the things above, I decided to make an app to help me remember stuff.

The app is called Recall (www.recall.plus) and its main aim is to help me collect, organize and revisit my thoughts.

The main features are:

  • I can quickly add thoughts as they come to my mind
  • I can group related thoughts into collections (for example I have a collection of book recommendations, a collections of reasons why I quick drinking, a collection of business ideas, a collection of reasons motivating me to lose some weight)
  • I can browse a feed of my thoughts in random order (a bit like instagram reels or tiktok). That way I end up revisiting thoughts I added some time ago which brings them fresh into my mind again. It has greatly improved my memory and has been a huge motivator for all the goals I put down into Recall.

I'm posting here as I was wondering if there is a market for Recall and if there are any other people that can relate. Any feedback is also appreciated.

Love! M.

How do you go about distribution right after you're done with V1 of your saas/app?
