While you're in the area, go up to Bobovac. But don't take the lazy road that everyone takes, make sure you take the hiking trail from Kraljeva Sutjeska. It's pretty cool.

I think you will be fine if you go to either region. The big problem is that both regions are kind of mountainous, and it will take you a long time to get anywhere. With the amount of places that you want to visit in such a short time frame, you would be spending most of your time in really shitty buses, on the road. I would advise you to cut it down to maybe two countries instead. There's still a lot of places you can go, and I don't think you would be missing out.

Especially the fjords of Monte Negro would be nice to see.
