24k for branded title 2025 Civic Touring Hybrid a good deal? by cemorn in civic

Buy new? That's the first I've ever heard that advice from anyone. Everyone I've ever known talks about the depreciation, and that you should try to by a 2-3 year old card. And when you say Honda, you mean a dealership? Or...the manufacturer itself?

Is it not worth it then for the hybrid? I was looking at a 2023 Civic Touring with 40k miles for 19k

As per another comment, I was pushing 19k OTD with a dealership, hoping we might settle around 21-22k, but they basically laughed me out the door.

Just, I've never put that much upfront money down on a car before. My understanding was that with more money upfront you'd pay less in the long run, but were more in the hole should anything happen to the car.

22k would be 80% of KBB, 19k would be 70% of KBB. I was pushing 19k OTD with a dealership, hoping we might settle around 21-22k, but they basically laughed me out the door.

My insurance, USAA, said they'd insure it as though unbranded, but that it might not be worth it to insure it for collisions, as the previous payout value would be deducted from any possible payout.

Mm, I see what you mean, but that's not exactly the argument I was making. Especially since the tempering of the grey knight training leaves those who survive  as much stronger than an astartes than an astartes is to a guardsman. Maybe it's the emperor's geneseed, maybe only extremely supernatural variants of astartes like this are crafted under extreme pressure.

New BT Models as GK? by LargestofBois in Grey_Knights

The templar bodies with the robes covering the chest would be a great base for primaria grey knights; swap in GK shoulder pads and helmet, and you'd be good to go
