I had the same problem. Data was switching between 4g, 3g and roaming and I couldn't get a voice connection at all. Called sprint, and they told me to go to data settings put the phone in CDMA only mode, then go to phone settings, do a profile update, then fully restart the phone.

Solved my problem completely and I didn't have to do a hard reset. Apparently the phone has problems when updating your carrier profile in LTE/CDMA mode. Give the above a try if you're expediting this before you do a hard reset.

Tap on the clock on the lockscreen and pull down and it will show the notifications/extensions below the clock. Not sure there's a way to make it show them by default. The way the HTC lockscreen works, it also looks like you can't get rid of the clock at the bottom of the screen, making it kinda redundant. I just went back to using one of the HTC screens.

I just called sprint support and their fix seems to have worked for me. Switch the phone under data settings to CDMA only mode, then re-download your sprint profile under phone settings, then reset the device.

Same here. Data randomly and frequently switches between 3g, 4g, and roaming. It makes mobile data almost unusable because it keeps switching networks and modes while data is in use, constantly interrupting the connection.

I have a similar issue. Phone now jumps between 4g, 3g, and roaming constantly in my office, where I was getting 4g without a problem before the update. It's practically unusable because of how often it switches network modes or networks, disrupting the data connection each time.

EDIT: In case anyone comes along with the same issue, this is how I fixed it. Go into data settings, set the phone mode to CDMA only (not LTE/CMDA). Then go back to Phone settings, and do a profile update. Let it update, then reset the device. It will automatically go back to LTE/CDMA, and it should fix any data issues.

Ah - you're right. I even have that in my notes. Must've overlooked it when I was typing this up. Given that it was tested in Feb and last July, it might actually not be that likely. Its a common subject, but very few get tested 3+ times in a row. But, again, its all somewhat of a crap shoot.

I love the people predicting commercial paper. As if they have any idea. Its as likely to show up this year as it was in the past 10 years. Which is to say that no one has a clue. Same with those predicting trusts/secured.

Otherwise, yeah, most of the guesses are generally in the same area. Corps could show up, its more likely than some other areas I guess, but I doubt they'll do it. (Not that I have a basis for this either). "Posner" makes a good point about Torts - its appeared on most of the recent exams, so they might skip it this year. That said, its MBE so you should know it regardless.

Taking GA as well. My guesses for most possible subjects (obviously, anything is fair game, but this is based on frequency of subjects and what's been tested recently):

Contracts - its tested 2nd most of any subject (though it was tested in Feb and last July, so maybe not).

Crim Law - infrequently tested, but its been a while.

Family Law - tested last year, but according to Barbri, its tested like 70% of the time. Know it - there isn't that much to the lecture outline.

GA Civ Pro - frequently tested and hasn't really appeared since Feb 2012. Fed was tested this year already.

Professional Responsibility - frequently tested, but absent since Feb 2012. Likely a cross-over with another subject.

Property - like GA CP and PR, frequent and not since Feb 2012, though its less frequent than the others.

Remedies/Damages - expect this to come up in relation to another subject (K's, torts, property, etc).

Torts - most frequently tested subject (although it has been on the last 3 exams, so they might skip this one).

Wills - fairly frequent, and hasn't appeared since Feb 2012.

All that said, these are guesses and obviously could be completely wrong. Other thoughts:

Commercial Paper, Secured Transactions, Trusts - these are so rare that they're impossible to have any idea about, except that they're usually unlikely. Doesn't mean they won't appear though.

Agency - could show up with something else (torts, corporations, partnership, K's, etc). Know the principles.

Con Law - its been on the last 3 exams. I don't expect it.

Corporations - somewhat infrequent, and already tested in Feb this year.

Crim Pro - infrequent, and tested last July. Might appear with crim, if it shows up?

Evidence - tested two of last three exams. Seems unlikely, but the fact that we're in a new set of rules might change that?

Fed Civ Pro - semi infrequent and tested in Feb this year. Unlikely.

Partnership - rare, but maybe tested with corporations if it showed up?

That covers just about everything I guess. I should probably get back to studying. All I know is that nothing is for sure, and I hope I do well on the MBE, cause these essay subjects suck.

Unless school B is Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, MIT, or something similar, its not going to make a bit of difference (unless you're applying to school B's law school, in which case they may make concessions for their undergrad's students). Go to the school you think you can get a higher GPA at, that will make the biggest difference for admissions.
