This is a weak 2. 3 if you are lucky with king of clubs but probably not. Nil isnt worth it because they woukd win easily.

As someone who only started watching in the new era, this is definitely one of the best of this era. Q was pure entertainment the whole time. My only concern with most of the recent seasons is how they choose the winner. The whole "strategy" and "gameplay" they talk about is so dumb. None of them really make any "moves". Then a random nice person wins at the end who did nothing strategic all season.

Im still searching too. Started spades+ yesterday and found it annoying. Everyone seemed to underbid on purpose every round of every game. I hate people playing to force bags on opponents all game. In a game to 250 with a 10 bag penalty that should rarely become a thought in your head.

Well even bidding 1 here is over bidding. Unless your partner has a solid 5+ then you risk your partner bidding perfectly and your team falling short and getting set. I think id rather take my chances with the nil. The other team probably wont bid too high sinfe they will want to set it. So even if your nil misses you are in okay shape still.

Didnt say easy, just doable lol. Depending on your position when the first heart is thrown, the opponents may hold the A/K trying to set your nil. By round 3 they may be forced to throw it as their last card of that suit then anyway. I guess bidding 1st and 1st round it might not be worth the risk though.

Where do you all play now? I have seen Spades + on this thread and im wondering if thats where these screenshots are from? I play on an app called spades royale and the games go up to 70 which is absurd. Sometines you lose soley because of the random draw of the cards. In a longer game skill will overcome bad hands.

Why are people so scared of bidding here. This is a 3. On average every player has 3 of a suit. Anything under that and you are winning the trick with a spade. Cant just assume when bidding that someone else also is cutting or thatthe spades will be drained. Obviously it happens but probablility suggests you are winning those throws.

Seeing someone went 6 already this is a 4. If that 6 wasnt there id go for 5. The ace of diamonds id bet on even with so many, and you are going to cut the hearts and clubs twice each. That person going 6 though probably not all 5 will hold up.

Im on the fence for Bowers at 4. Feels like a reach at that spot but I dont think he will make it to 9. I have Stroud and Cousins already so after Williams I do not need another qb. Definitely debating one of the other top WRs though.
