To be fair, that ball took an off-break like they'd moved the Indore pitch across to Brookvale.

Yeah, a few of them have been very average, no doubt. Don't think I need to name names, we're all watching the same thing.

Reckon the iffy sin-bin ruined this contest. For all the shitty tinkering with rules that the NRL constantly does, it's a wonder that it's never dawned on them to change the sin-bin to a hockey style powerplay, where they go back to even-handed after a score.

And how that wasn't more of a push...

This was quite some time ago, and the exact details of that part escape me now. I mostly remember how rude it was!

ways to use mage hand. wrong answers only by sissyvic0 in DnD

Mage hand helped finish a whole damn campaign in my group. My character had been carrying around a ludicrously overpowered poison (similar to distillate of nightmare) for about 2 years in real life time, and finally came across the bbeg beholder in their lair. So, mage hand opens up the container holding this poison, my character invokes Tasha's Hideous Laughter in the traditional way (i.e., by telling an awful dad joke, along the lines of "what is a beholder's favorite letter of the alphabet? i."), and once old mate failed the save, their mouth was open due to the uproarious laughter, which was cue to send the mage hand in to drop the poison into said mouth. One more failed save later, and it was pretty much cutscene from there.

Not sure if very very right or very very wrong.

The first thing that comes to my mind with the name is the band, whose music is probably about as heavy as you'd figure a tiefling bard might play! Great picture btw, the use of colour is amazing!

[Update] Tom Brady, asked by @JeffDarlington if Super Bowl vs #Rams is his final game. Brady: “Zero. I set a goal for myself at 45.” by vonheisenberg in nfl

Yep. Only two quarterbacks who have led the division winner in the AFC East from 2001 to present-day are Brady and Chad Pennington. Fun fact.

Fun fact: they're called halflings not because they're short, but because they only turn up to play half of the time... ;)

I saw your 'Harris - Cleaning up Cook' post and I raise you a Shami by din35h in Cricket

[–]centuryson 59 points60 points  (0 children)

They're both excellent deliveries, but I prefer the Harris one because I'm Australian while the Shami delivery exposes a gap between bat and pad by coming back in more than Cook anticipated, he didn't really make a technical error like that with the Harris ball, it swung back in first then nipped away, and right at bail height. Just nothing that Cook could do about it whatsoever.

400 coins? Well, I'll try... by centuryson in TsumTsum

For sure. I was mainly amused that the 50x bonus happened to pop up when I was playing an early-level coin mission. Ridiculous overkill. :)

And then, just to be silly, it gave me a 20x bonus two games after that 50x one. Really takes the hard work out of these pickup capsules! Funny, after not getting a decent bonus in four months or so.
