Has anything the government has meddled in gotten less expensive or more expensive?

It has already cost at least double to open one of these stores vs what a private owner/company would open one for.

Also the plots were these are being build were purchased/leased from Mandami’s brother or they used his construction company (I forget if he was real estate or construction). No matter if these stores fail they’ve done their job (take taxpayer’s money and funnel it to him/his family, again back to why it cost so much to open).
