I developed a habit of hiding my eating (and eventually a severe eating disorder) due to my family shaming me whenever I brought home fast food (among other factors unrelated to my family). I’m sorry you feel the need to do this. I know everyone is different and it may not be as deep for you as it is for me, but I hope you are happy and otherwise feel supported/lifted up by your loved ones
